Also known as the CF-50, the Avro Arrow was an advanced, supersonic, twin-engined jet aircraft designed and built by A.V. Roe of Canada. Despite its potential, production was cancelled by Diefenbaker in 1959 after costs escalated dramatically and export efforts failed.
